Another newly completed star rated hotel kitchen project by Ubong - the banquet hall kitchen project of Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel in Malaysia, has won high recognition from customers for its professional design and efficient construction!

The Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel in Malaysia is located on the back slope of Yunding Plateau, a famous summer resort in Malaysia with an altitude of over 1600 meters, about 50 kilometers northeast of Kuala Lumpur.


The hotel project covers an area of 8066 square meters with a total construction area of 229000 square meters. It consists of three towers, Block 8, 9, and 10, with a total height of 262.5 meters. There are 22 types of apartments and 1891 guest rooms, making it the highest altitude hotel style apartment in Malaysia.

This project is tailored to meet the needs of hotel banquet kitchens with a customized solution:


1. Connect floor links to achieve path optimization. L49A is the storage room and processing room, L49AM is the hot kitchen area, and L50 is the meal preparation room. The three floors are arranged in the order of receiving, storing, rough processing, cooking, serving, and returning meals, with raw and cooked food separated and no cross between serving and returning meals.

2. Intelligent partition layout greatly improves efficiency. The hot kitchen distinguishes between Chinese and Western style hot kitchens, equipped with commercial high flame stoves, universal steam ovens, commercial fryers, barbecue grills, etc., greatly improving the efficiency of large-scale meal preparation.

3. Efficient insulation system ensures delivery efficiency. Configure 14 banquet food trucks to ensure the taste of dishes and hygiene and insulation during the food delivery process.

4. HACCP standard, seamless splicing of all stainless steel equipment, easy to clean, zero hygiene dead corners.
